Day four of the cleanse is a Dukan Diet type of day. So that means leans protein and fat free dairy (another good protein source). I ended up going to Walgreens before the office this morning and was able to find Yoplait Light Fat Free and Oscar Mayer Deli Fresh Oven Roasted Turkey Breast. Work out today was a quick 2 mile run and some calf raises and side abdominal bends. 7:30am meetings don’t leave a ton of time for work outs when you have a train to catch at 4:30pm to get home!
