I ventured onto the BodyRock.tv site today after a good 6 months of not visiting. I noticed there have been quite a few changes made. I ended up going into the archives and finding a butt / leg work out to do. I wanted one that just involved body weight because I was working out in my hotel room. Didn’t feel like going into the actual gym tonight : ) I will be there around 6am tomorrow so I decided to keep it a short but intense work out.

Aside from that I did abs tonight!
I am almost at the end of day 3 of my cleanse and I’m feeling pretty good, tomorrow is lean protein. So fat free yogurt / greek and egg whites / some grilled chicken if I can find any for lunch. I am planning some killer work outs for Saturday, Sunday & Monday so stay tuned. I’ll make sure to record them so I can share!
Saturday – Run with mailbox sprints & lifting
Sunday – Distance Run
Monday – Beast mode lifting : )
