Cross train!

I am visiting my parents for the week and swiped my old bike today to get around for an appointment. I haven’t biked in ages and ended up doing a 23.33 mile ride in 1:44! It was the first time I have taken the Garmin out on a bike ride and according to her I burned 2200 calories! Not a bad deficit for 11am… Game plan for the rest of the day is some kayaking, jet skiing and sunshine!! It’s nice when working out is fun and not a chore!

What are your favorite ways to to “trick” yourself into working out?

**Update – kayaked for an hour and covered 3.25 miles, I love you Garmin.
