20 KB swing, alternating arms, 25lbs
10 bent over rows, try to be all balls of feet with heels of the ground, 15lbs
10 reg sit up
10 sit up w/ legs at 90 degrees
10 sit up with legs straight to the ceiling
20 reverse sit up
10 sit up with legs straight to the ceiling
10 sit up w/ legs at 90 degree
10 reg sit up
20 right oblique side bends, 30 lbs
20 left oblique side bends, 30 lbs
x3
Should take you less than 30 easy!
PLUS it will make you feel better if you drank last night : )

I was close! I used to think 8 would make me die but the more I run inside the easier the treadmill gets! Progress is always nice to see! You should try it at least onceeeee
