1 lap 70% run
20 bleacher runs (up & down = 1)
1 lap 70% run
1 lap easy jog

Interval of 10/50 (10 rest, 50 work)
Alternating side lunges
Plank (start on elbows and walk up to hands then back down again)
Alternating reverse lunges
