Whole Wheat Pancakes

Ingredients:

1 cup whole wheat flour
2 1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp sugar (I used truvia 3/8 tsp)
1 large eggs (I used 3 tbsp egg white)
1 cup fat free milk
1 tsp vanilla
cooking spray

Mix all of the dry ingredients together. Heat a skillet to medium heat. Mix in wet ingredients until there are no clumps of dry left. Poor half the batter into pan, wait for bubbles and flip! If you have any good berries around to toss in go ahead before you make the first flip. I grew up on full plate sized pancakes so this only made two but if you would like to make 4 normal size pancakes I have no doubt there is plenty of batter! Paired this puppy with a cup ut apple and it was a lovely Saturday morning breakfast!
