1 cup milk of choice
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2-1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
pumpkin pie spice
Bring milk (soy, regular or water) to a boil, mix oatmeal, vanilla protein powder, splash of vanilla extract & pumpkin pie spice. Which is just cinnamon nutmeg and some other yum-ness.
Don’t use a wisk if you are using a non stick like I am. I immediately realized this and switched to a wooden spoon. Bad Megan.
Cook over medium-ish heat for 5-10 minutes – until its the consistency you want.
