How to cook spaghetti squash:
With a knife or skewer stab a bunch of holes into your squash. Place in a oven safe container (I used a pie pan) and cook for 60 – 90 minutes at 375. When the squash is done you will be able to easily cut it in half.
Using a fork remove the seeds (save these if you want to toast them) then continue using the fork to remove the flesh from the skin.
You can eat it plain or pair it with your favorite sauce!
