To start bring up to boil a pot of salted water. Add the pasta.
In a saute pan add chicken & bell peppers. Salt and pepper chicken prior to putting it in the pan.
When the chicken is close to done / done add in minced garlic and spinach.
Once the pasta is done add it to the saute pan. Turn off the heat!
In a small bowl combine Sweat Heat and sour cream. Assuming I’m the only person who has sweet heat right now grab your favorite spice blend. So a spicy cajun mix or maybe a lemon pepper or an italian blend, whatever tickles your fancy. Add the mix to the pan and stir until the sour cream loosens up and gets a bit warm.
