12 Mile Monument Loop

12 Mile Monument Loop

I’ve ran on the Teddy Roosevelt Island the last few weeks and decided that to celebrate my first 12 mile solo run I’d make a new path!! I’m excited to see all the monuments and run in the district. I always stay in Virginia so I’m pretty excited! Now if only the snow would stop…

Who is runnin tomorrow??

  1. Great run! 12 miles is no joke! I’m not running tomorrow, unfortunately. First rest day in awhile 😦 I’ll be with you in spirit, though!

  2. WooHoo! Yea 12 miles!
I will be indoor at hot yoga tomorrow, but enjoy your run!

  3. I’m running tomorrow! 11 miles! Have fun!

  4. Good Job! I went for 12 today as well! yahoo!

  5. Good luck! I have no idea how far I’m running…I’ll see what happens on the good old treadmill LOL.

    • Thanks! It was good! I got totally lost though and ended up with a round 13.1 miles. I was hauling ass trying to find the bridge out of the district back into virginia. I think some one was playing tricks on me because the bridge was not where I had left it an hour prior.

  6. I hope your run was a great one! Major props to you for running in the snow! Your race will be here before you know it!!
