Work is super nutso crazy so no time today for a fun post with lots of furbabies and musings (don’t worry you will get all of that shortly, I have some exciting 2013 bucket list news). Until then here is the work out the boy and I did at the gym today. It took about 15 minutes and I felt like I was dying.I actually just ended up doing 75lbs for all three squat sets and did 20 reps, 20 reps, 15 reps. In addition to the mean work out the boy made me do yesterday I agreed to do the Jillian Michaels ripped in 30 days with a gf after work. So I did that yesterday around 4pm and am doing it again today. If this doesn’t give me buns of steel than I am hopeless.
