Oh and BTW – thanks to Mr.Garmin being returned safely to my wrist I ran 6 miles over lunch with splits of… 8:57, 9:02, 8:55, 8:38, 8:10, 7:39 (omg omg omg)

    • I always run faster on the 2nd half of runs, its like I’m worried I’ll run to far away from my ending point on my way out or something, then on the way back I’m like alright lets get home. Very weird, but it happens EVERY time. Thank you!!!!!
