If you managed through the weekend with out your family stuffing you like a turkey bravo to you! If not I have some good news : ) On the car ride to visit my Grandpa yesterday I was able to redo some more work outs to get them posted online. The newbies are as follows:As for me today I stuck to running, I just finished a 6 mile run down to the south end of Conesus Lake. It was snowing!! Thankfully I was appropriately clothed and I actually took off my gloves at the half way mark. I noticed something crazy today. Even if you don’t try to become faster, the more often you run the easier it gets and by default you get a bit more speedy. I didn’t really have the itch to run today but I wanted to get out of the house for a little so 6 miles happened. Complaints? Nope. I’m pretty happy actually! I averaged an 8:54 pace and for me that is just dandy. The half marathons in the spring are starting to seem a bit more attainable. Consistency is the key, just keep going!!

Great job! I not a huge fan of running in the snow, mainly because I fell once before! But I fall without snow, so I need to get over it!
Ha! I fell off a treadmill once!! It wasn’t real snow, I could see flakes but nothing was sticking. Thank you!
Oh, I fell off a treadmill once too! 🙂
Awesome run! I love when it’s really cold outside and you warm up a ton. One time I went out wearing a bunch of layers and came back in a sports bra with my shirt on like a cape! Crazy, I know haha
Supermannnnn
Great workouts! I may have to steal some 🙂
