After my killer squat and lunge work out last week my legs were crying for days. On top of that doing a ridiculous amount of pushups the next day I was like a bruised kitten all weekend. Seeing as it was Monday and I knew I needed to just jump back into it I found another travelling WOD and added my own goodies, enjoy!!

20 sit ups
Seems easy peasy right? My scores: Run 8:00, Row 4:45, circuit 16:45. Just shy of 30 minutes! The pushups did me in big time. I did inclined push ups on an empty rack no one was using on the fourth peg up from the ground. I was surprised after that my legs weren’t in too bad of shape, you would think they would be hurting after 200 lunges… looks like some one is getting stronger… : )
