My legs are killing from all the lunging and squatting yesterday so my plan is to run outside for 3 miles then do:
(down from 10 and back up again – 10, 9, 8, …2, 1, 2, …8, 9, 10)
diamond push ups
I will be doing the diamond push ups with my knees down and the normal push ups in the full position. I’ll post my time after the gym, if you do this WOD post your time!
