Make your legs scream


Yesterday’s work out was fabulous. I was by myself so I worked on my problem areas. AKA my bottom half : )

The work out went as follows:

Warm up fast mile, for me that meant
0.0-0.5 @ 7.5
0.5-0.6 @ 8.0
0.6-0.7 @ 8.5
0.8-0.9 @ 9.0
0.9-0.95 @ 9.5
0.95-1.0 @1 0.0

10 wall ball @ 12lbs
10 KB swing @ 30lbs
20 step up with knee raise (10 each leg)
10 hanging knee raises (like a roman chair but hanging from a bar)
x3

10 leg press machine @ 140lbs
10 toe raise on leg press machine @ 140lbs
x3

20 side lunge (10 each side)
10 push ups
10 plie squats
x3

24 side bends @ 35lbs (12 each side)
15 prisoner squat
x3

done!

My legs are super sore today!
