This post won’t be super wordy, it’s going to be a picture dump more than anything!
2 egg whites, banana / mango smoothie, some fancy juice and greek yogurt with granola!

Hummus, sprouts, lettuce & tomato on wheat with grapes!

Grilled veggie panini: grilled zucchini, squash, red onion, roasted red peppers, ricotta, arugula & balsamic reduction (only 180 calories!!)
More juice, granola, greek yogurt and a nectarine for good measure

Turkey! I hadn’t eaten meat since last Thursday so I figured it was about time : )
Liquid dinner of vodka sodas post 6 mile run in 98 degree heat. Needless to say I slept like a baby last night.
For in case you were not aware it is Friday!! Which means I get to go back home after work!! I promptly leave for the beach but I think I’ll be able to live with that….
