Using quinoa I made earlier in the week, left overs from last nights dinner and an avocado you get the perfect snack / meal / whatever your heart desires.

Inside of this is quinoa, onion, mushrooms, garlic, asparagus, avocado, sea salt & lemon juice! Weeee
