Dear Yogi Green Tea Energy,

“Your greatness is measured by your gifts, not by what you have. Well Yogi, what I have is energy. Mounds and mounds of energy. I haven’t had caffeine in close to two weeks (unintentional, I don’t drink coffee and just haven’t had tea because it was warm) and you have me wried. While I have drank 4 cups of you because my office is uncharacteristically cold today, I am still amazed by this predicament. My productivity has been fantastic. I even checked my heart rate because I was a little concerned at first but I’m still ticking at sub 55 so I’m golden.

That is all.

  1. Yogi is a fantastic tea brand. Definitely a tea bag favorite. I know it’s not convenient at all, but have you tried brewing loose leaf?

  2. Yes, same. Somehow my family loses track of how many containers of tea I have. I can’t drink it like water! Loose leaf has a much bolder taste. Go to and they have all sorts of amazing flavors. Plus, loose leaf is much better for you, since there’s less manufacturing involved and less harm is done to the leaves.

Don't be shy... You know you wanna...
