1/3 lb 96% Lean Ground Beef
Aji Amarillo Pepper Powder
Get about 2 slices of red onion and give them a rough chop. Throw in a non stick pan with a tiny bit of EVOO, salt & pepper, cook until they begin to turn a golden color.
Add in a healthy handful of spinach.
Allow spinach to wilt down. Remove onions and spinach from the pan. Leave pan on medium!
Split ground beef into 2 patties. The middle should be thinner than the outsides.
Spread a bit of the artichoke spread on both patties.
Place spinach / onion mix on one of the patties.
Top with patty number 2 and sprinkle with Aji Amarillo Pepper Powder.
Let it cook for about 3 minutes a side and flip!
I served this with some bell peppers and a quarter on an avocado on the side.
