If you have been following my blog you will know that my foot hates me from my run on Sunday. I doubled up with bandaids today and attempted to run and got a big F you from my foot. Plus I have a soccer game tonight so I wasn’t going to push it. So I went to the gym and busted out a upper and lower body circuit just so I felt like I accomplished something : )
I did Lower Body Speed Circuit and Arm Quickie together. So I did a set from each and then rested for 30 seconds. It was good! I worked up a nice sweat and got my work out fix for after work. I ended the work out with an oldie but a goodie 8 minute abs!
I also made a super quick and easy dinner of mushrooms, broccoli and pasta sauce! I posted the recipe up here: No Pasta Pasta.
This going to be a a short post because I need to get to soccer soon but I wanted to share the recipe and work outs!
