Quick Super Bowl Dip

While not everything can be super healthy at a super bowl party I did manage to throw together an old time favorite with half the calories and fat and junk in it! We had quite the impressive spread at the table for sure!

Chicken Wing Dip – (it is the glass dish next to the celery)

Let the cream cheese come to room temp and throw in a mixer for a few minutes. Add the hot sauce and ranch. Once done fold in the chicken and pat down into a baking dish. Toss it in the oven on 350 for about 30 minutes and serve with celery sticks! Makes about 16 servings.

The nutrition is as follows (using 12 oz chicken)
